I am looking for a Business AI (Data) Engineer to join our Tech team and be a direct partner to the G&A and GTM staff. This is a brand-new role at PointFive - and a genuinely unique one.

You'll sit at the intersection of technology and business, acting as the dedicated technical engine for our GTM and G&A teams. Your job is to make our internal teams dramatically more efficient by building AI-powered workflows, automations, and standalone tools - so that Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and HR can operate at a pace and precision that wouldn't otherwise be possible.

This is not a traditional data engineering or software engineering role. You won't be building customer-facing products. You'll be building the internal operating system of a fast-scaling startup - translating business problems into durable, AI-native systems that eliminate manual work and create leverage across the company.
